iSolved HCM will add a new learning management system to its HCM technology platform later this month.
The company describes the LMS, iSolved Learn, as “a user-friendly and comprehensive solution that delivers flexible course design, rewards and certifications, and insightful learning analytics.
The iSolved platform already offers payroll, HR and benefits solutions. Adding the LMS creates a unified solution for both HR and employees, the company said. It also simplifies the learning curve and provides a consistent experience.
With iSolved Learn, users can create their own content set, which is tailored to the needs of their organization. Additional features include custom paths, gamification elements and quizzes, the company said.
HR professionals, team leaders and frontline supervisors will be able to create and upload customized content, drawing from a library of courses covering compliance, software skills, business skills, leadership and management, customer service skills and workplace safety.

Based in Charlotte., N.C., iSolved targets small to mid-sized companies with its HR technology platform. The organization had been the HCM tech component of benefits-services provider Infinisource before it was spun off in 2016.
Dave Dawson, who had been Infinisource’s CEO and now leads iSolved, said at the time that, “separating from the traditional services side of our business allows us to concentrate on developing and deploying the technology solution to the small and mid-sized market at an even more rapid pace.”
The two businesses continue to share referrals and channel partners where appropriate. Infinisource Benefit Services is a preferred vendor in the iSolved Marketplace for customers seeking COBRA, FSA and other benefits administration services.
ISolved plans to hold its first user conference, iSolved Connect, this September in Scottsdale, Ariz.
