Kronos introduced an enhanced Workforce Dimensions HCM. The new package includes responsive design, embedded analytics, an AI engine and the extension of the D5 platform’s capabilities across the employee lifecycle.

The launch was one of a flurry of announcements that came from this week’s KronosWorks conference in Las Vegas.

Built on Kronos’s D5 platform, Workforce Dimensions HCM is designed to unify talent acquisition and onboarding, core HR, performance management and workforce management in a single solution, the company said.

By adding responsive design, Kronos joins pretty much every vendor in the space in emphasizing more mobile-friendly products, whether for use by candidates, employees or managers. Its features support hiring, learning, self-service for benefits and payroll and scheduling time-off requests.

And, of Course, Dimensions Has AI

The product also include Kronos’s new AI engine, dubbed “AIMEE,” which helps management use predictive analytics to gauge flight risk, employee growth potential and even fatigue. The idea, Kronos said, is “to make it easy for HR teams and people managers to leverage workforce data to make strategic decisions by quickly identifying trends and predicting outcomes that otherwise would have gone unnoticed.”

AIMEE will also help managers understand the impact of absences, open shifts and unplanned schedule changes have on KPIs, the company said. Also, the system can help improve scheduling accuracy to align staffing needs with the demands of an organization’s various functions.
