Can advanced technology, like machine learning and artificial intelligence systems, strengthen efforts to diversify the workforce? Some argue such software can temper unconscious bias while other approaches, such as neuroscience-driven personality assessments, will lead to more inclusive recruiting. Why? Because they emphasize a candidate’s overall fit rather than the skills and experience traditional approaches rely on.
