Roundup: Indeed Launches Virtual Events; 15Five’s New Engagement Tracker

Indeed launched a virtual events feature. Called Indeed Hiring Events, it provides the tools create, promote and manage events online, including screening questions to help refine candidate lists. It also manages scheduling and candidate communications throughout the process.

15Five launched Engagement+, a module designed to measure employee needs and priorities with an eye toward improving the workforce’s experience. Engagement+ includes evidence-based survey templates, custom templates, flexible setup and reporting. Survey administrators can customize surveys and who receives them, and filter reporting by themes and groups.

CEIPAL partnered with TextToHire to provide customers with an enterprise-level texting platform that can be integrated with most any ATS or CRM. CEIPAL’s first partner product, TextToHire helps recruiters engage talent directly from their ATS, mobile device or browser.

TriNet acquired Little Bird HR, a privately held PEO specializing in benefits and HR solutions for educational institutions on the East Coast. The company also said second-quarter revenues rose 1%, to $900 million, while net income increased to $126 million from $46 million a year ago.

Manpower Group’s Right Management expanded its executive coaching service to provide on-demand, virtual sessions via a new platform, RightCoach. Through 30-minute sessions, the product allows employers to offer leadership coaching to more people. 

Jobvite expanded its Diversity & Inclusion Pack. CEO Aman Brar said the features mix services and technology to help customers address both conscious and unconscious bias in the recruiting process. 

Engagement measurement firm Emplify launched People Insights 2.0, an update of its flagship employee survey platform. The update includes a dynamic feedback tool that uses AI to analyze sentiment contained in employee comments, and allows filtering by sentiment to help users understand themes and emotional patterns.

Alec Wilkins joined Snagajob as CTO. Previously, he was head of product and engineering at Backcountry.com, CEO of tZERO Group and CTO of Overstock.com.
