Beeline Adds Solutions to Aid Mid-Market’s Contingent Worker Management

Contingent Work

Technology solutions provider Beeline released two products designed to address the prevailing challenges of today’s labor market: Beeline Professional and Global Workforce Intelligence. Introducing the products will further the company’s goal of “empowering companies to gain a competitive advantage by optimizing their extended workforce,” Beeline said.

The solutions were created in response to some of the industry’s most significant shortcomings, Beeline said. More specifically, traditional vendor management systems have been built for enterprise-level customers, while the full potential of talent visibility and compliance remain untapped.

With that in mind, Beeline is aiming to help organizations ensure compliance across their entire workforce with the releases, all within the Beeline Extended Workforce Platform.

Strengthening Extended Workforce Management

Beeline Professional is a VMS solution that offers pre-configured templates, workflows, dashboards and reports to mid-sized businesses, with the goal of helping them get the most productivity from their workforce.

“For far too long, extended workforce solutions have catered to enterprises and ignored the unique needs of mid-sized programs,” said Beeline CEO Doug Leeby. “Using insights from over the last 20+ years in the industry, Beeline Professional is tailored to meet the core needs of mid-sized programs without compromising quality and innovation.”

Global Workforce Intelligence is designed to enable full visibility across an entire extended workforce by gathering data from the VMS as well as other systems that cover external workers. With it, HR teams can identify and mitigate regulatory and compliance risks, whether local or global. According to the company, this enables comprehensive accounting, analysis and proactive risk mitigation across the an organization’s full extended workforce. The solution is compatible with any VMS, not just Beeline’s.

In April, Beeline strengthened its platform to provide customers with an improved view of their total workforce and audit-ready compliance, designed around the contemporary mix of employees and non-employees.
