GR8 People Integrates With LinkedIn Recruiter

Information Flow

In a move to streamline workflows and improve the overall recruiting process for its customers, talent acquisition software provider GR8 People integrated its capabilities with LinkedIn’s Recruiter System Connect.

With the integration, System Connect will allow users to view candidate records and see application data from their ATS, and also gain access to key features, including LinkedIn InMail and LinkedIn Recruiter, from within the GR8 People environment.

The companies said the integration will use the LinkedIn systems to streamline outreach and accelerate communication with candidates. In addition, the pairing will help reduce the need for external validation by keeping candidate profiles up to date with real-time data.

The goal of the integration, the companies said, is to make recruiting efforts more efficient in order to save employees time, while also enabling employers to connect with talent more quickly.

GR8 People Senior Product Manager Chase Hall said the company is excited to offer its customers access to System Connect — with self-proclaimed “fast, hassle-free implementation” — to streamline and accelerate the flow of talent through the TA process, from source through hire.

Growth Trajectory

GR8 People also recently announced strong fiscal growth for 2022, with a total revenue increase of 33% and year-over-year contracted annual recurring revenue growth of 37%. In addition, the company said its net retention rate was up from 2021, to 113%. The company attributed the growth to the rebranding of its product package to the Everyone Platform, which took place in June 2022.

“In 2022, we saw continued acceleration of our top-line results with total revenue growing 33%,” said GR8 People Co-founder and CEO Diane Smith. “This growth has been consistent and driven by the Everyone Platform. We also experienced major demand for our RPO/MSP and Direct Sourcing solutions—where new customer acquisition soared 133%.”
