Roundup: Zoom Grows Clovers; Fountain Launches New Solutions

Zoom invested in Clovers through its Zoom Apps Fund. The company was selected based on its early market traction and ability to provide engaging experiences to Zoom customers. As part of the investment, Clovers will be available in the Zoom App Marketplace, allowing customers to download the platform and integrate it into Zoom Meetings. Three months ago, Clovers closed $15 million in seed funding.

ATS provider Fountain announced Instant Interview and Instant Hire. The new solutions enable companies to create a faster application process that removes barriers to hiring for hourly employees. Instant Hire allows hiring managers to quickly configure customized and automated applicant workflows. Instant Interview allows candidates to initiate on-demand interviews with recruiters or hiring managers, conducted via phone call. The feature eliminates the calendar-scheduling process and interview reminders.

Phenom announced four new features that improve candidate, recruiter, employee and hiring manager experiences. They include Enterprise Career Framework, which delivers deeper personalization within Phenom’s Career Pathing and Succession Planning features; Intelligent Automation for frontline workers, a functional layer within the Talent Experience Management platform that automates time-consuming tasks in sourcing and hiring frontline workers; the Adverse Impact Dashboard, a live analysis of hiring trends that examines companies’ hiring practices; and Advanced Personalization for Candidates, Recruiters and Talent Marketers, which allows customers to change the structure of a career site based on how far along the candidate is in their process. 

Globalization Partners launched G-P Recruit, which helps customers find the right talent, anywhere in the world. G-P Recruit leverages Globalization Partners’ recruitment partner network to give customers access to a wide selection of recruiting specialists in key markets. Through it, companies can find candidates based on a combination of their requirements including hiring location, industry sector, functional area, expertise or prior roles.

Socrates.ai announced a new partnership with Mercer. Under the terms of the agreement, the Mercer Belong platform will automatically include Socrates.ai chat functionality to support all Belong customers. Mercer Belong will have the ability to serve as the “front door” for Belong customers’ other applications such as Workday and ServiceNow. 

Modern Hire enhanced its Automated Interview Scoring, an on-demand interview feature that uses AI models to evaluate candidate responses and provide hiring teams with recommended scores. With this latest release, clients receive Modern Hire’s proprietary Question Sets, verified across industries and jobs, plus ranked candidate recommendations.

Greenshades Software, which provides payroll, HR and compliance solutions for midsized companies, has partnered with workforce payments platform Branch to deliver a zero-fee bank account and debit card along with other financial wellness tools to employees of its clients. Greenshades has embedded Branch directly into its employee self-service portal to provide fast, free direct deposit options for all workers, including those without bank accounts.

Docebo and EdCast announced a strategic integration to help companies offer a robust AI-powered learning suite. The solution provides enterprise customers with a seamless learning environment to help drive learning and talent development cultures.
