SilkRoad Technology added SilkRoad Succession Planning to its Performance product. The new feature helps organizations anticipate changes in their workforce by identifying and analyzing positions necessary for business and creating a development process for employees who can fill those roles.  

Phenom People announced a partnership with implementation provider FourVision. Through the arrangement, FourVision will offer deployment and managed services including recruitment and HR strategy consulting, technology support and integration of third-party systems.

Lattice launched Sentiment Analysis, a new tool that analyzes and tags free-text comments to help employers identify discrepancies and patterns and link employee sentiment and performance.  

Bullhorn launched a marketplace that includes more than 100 pre-integrated partners offering a variety of staffing technology solutions. Available products include solutions for activity analysis, customer and talent engagement, financial tools, and tracking communications data.

Cornerstone OnDemand will offer customers the tools of absence management solutions provider e-days through an integration. E-days said the partnership will enhance Cornerstone’s absence-related capabilities by addressing the needs of workers operating on “different types of work contracts, or in different countries.” So far, 25 customers have begun using e-day’s tools on Cornerstone.

Hospitality industry job board Hcareers relaunched its platform with AI technology designed to improve the matching of candidates and roles. The new Hcareers will use a “composite Fit Score” to process data related to company culture, skill set, compensation needs, values and company attributes. As a result, the company said, the system will attract and highlight better candidates. 

BenefitMall now offers Humana Integration through its online enrollment platform. Available in all markets, the solution allows group applications to be submitted directly to Humana. The platform reduces paperwork and allows companies to submit enrollments from any device.

PrismHR, which offers payroll, benefits and HR software for SMBs, announced an integration of Equifax’s Work Number service. The integration permits access to Work Number’s repository of employment and income information in the U.S. to PrismHR’s outsourcing partners. Work Number provides employment and income verifications to lenders and government agencies.
