WorkJam, which provides a digital workplace for frontline workers, joined forces with the learning platform Go1 to help workers develop their skills and knowledge.

Through its platform, WorkJam equips frontline workers to manage scheduling, training, task workflows and real-time communications in one place. The partnership will leverage WorkJam’s user experience in e-learning content delivery, as well as Go1’s extensive content library, the companies said.

WorkJam recently signed Cardenas Markets, one of the largest Hispanic grocery chains in the U.S., as a customer. WorkJam will deliver a single, mobile application to store associates across the country in an effort to increase productivity and customer service levels.

The partnership will allow joint WorkJam-Go1 customers to rapidly deploy targeted content to their frontline workers, and so strengthen compliance, drive personal development and improve retention.

E-Learning Everywhere

A number of companies are turning to e-learning to retain and upskill their existing employees -– an especially critical proposition as the tight labor market forces employers to think differently about how to engage with their frontline employees.

“We’re excited to deepen our learning offerings to customers through our partnership with Go1,” said Rich Halbert, WorkJam’s chief strategy officer.  “As learning, compliance and safety have risen in importance in board rooms around the world, delivering the right content to the right people at the right time has become a strategic initiative.”

Halbert said WorkJam is “thrilled” to work with Go1 to distribute new e-learning opportunities.

Go1’s Vice President of Partnerships and Alliances Bas Emera believes his company is a perfect fit for WorkJam customers who want to build out or supplement their learning programs. He described WorkJam as “a single pane of glass for everything frontline employees need” that provides a great vehicle for delivering e-learning content.

Separately, Go1 partnered with Pluralsight to allow its customers to access customer content from Pluralsight Skills, which focuses on training for technology skills. They’ll be able to pursue learning on a variety of topics, software development, security and Agile.
