Appcast Launches Omni-Channel Recruitment Marketing Solution

Omnichannel Fit

Appcast launched AppcastOne, an omni-channel recruitment marketing solution that uses programmatic, search, social and traditional media to help optimize candidate acquisition.

When using the service, organizations work with Appcast professionals to develop a custom strategy to attract and hire candidates. AppcastOne provides integrated reporting and insights, including tracking activity from impression to hire, to help provide a more holistic view of the effort’s performance.

“AppcastOne expands the recruitment marketing capabilities, data and tools available to our clients, simplifying the intricacies of recruitment marketing and enabling them to evolve with a rapidly changing talent acquisition landscape,” said Appcast founder and CEO Chris Forman.

‘Optimization’ is the Key

AppcastOne’s features include:

  • Programmatic Advertising: Appcast’s programmatic recruitment advertising technology optimizes job advertisement distribution across the company’s network of job sites.
  • Search and Display: Top of funnel search and display advertising helps attract active and passive candidates while building a company’s talent pool.
  • Social Media: Appcast will help employers improve job seekers’ awareness of their brands and career opportunities on the platforms where job seekers congregate.
  • Traditional Media: Appcast will leverage its partnerships to help optimize other forms of online and offline recruitment media for employers, to “deliver confidence” in how budgets are spent and driving optimal outcomes.

AppcastOne is the first new product Appcast has launched that leverages its July 2023 acquisition of Bayard Advertising, a recruitment marketing company. At the time, Appcast said the acquisition would package its programmatic technology with Bayard’s recruitment marketing capabilities, and also expand its offerings to cover the entire recruitment marketing process. Together, the companies serve more than 2,000 customers across the U.S. and 10 international markets.

The acquisition followed the March 2023 launch of Appcast Labs, an R&D initiative designed to create new types of talent acquisition solutions that complement the company’s existing services.
