BenefitMall added a revised look, new quoting features and an online training center to its Agency Workspace.
Launched in 2019, Agency Workspace is designed to be a technology “home base” for brokers who use the BenefitMall’s tools and services. It includes applications for client management, developing quotes, setting up enrollments and reviewing commissions. Among the additions is a new Carrier Center, which offers an easier search of carrier information and details in English and Spanish. Users also have secure access to recent activity and can more easily review upcoming renewal details. A new message board and updated sales trip incentive tracker is also available.
BenefitMall’s online training center houses training videos, quick reference guides and the ability to register for webinars for Agency Workspace, CRQS and Online Enrollment tools.
In addition to the Agency Workspace upgrades, BenefitMall enhanced its Client Ready Quote System to include voluntary lines of coverage. This allows brokers to quote additional lines of coverage including accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity and cybersecurity. CRQS also provides an overview of how each of product may complement coverage that’s currently quoted for a group.
In April, BenefitMall introduced CRQS new markets including California, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. It also launched an enhanced service model to provide higher levels of support for selected brokers, and said it would expand teams and add account executive positions to each market.
