HCM technology solutions for micro and small business are advancing at an increasing clip. That’s no surprise given that ADP says about 70 million U.S. small businesses had assigned HR responsibilities to employees who had other “primary” responsibilities. As the workforce and tech become more sophisticated and solutions become cheaper, that’s a trend whose momentum is only going to grow.
