Crosschq Acquires TalentWall to Expand Talent Intelligence Cloud Platform

Crosschq acquired TalentWall, the creators of a recruiting analytics platform that’s designed to help talent acquisition teams  hire more efficiently and collaboratively through the use of data. TalentWall serves as a central source for analytics and insights.

The acquisition expands Crosschq’s set of solutions, helping recruiters and talent leaders to visualize and analyze their hiring funnels while planning for future hiring needs. Combining these capabilities with Crosschq’s existing tools for sourcing and screening, as well as measuring quality of hire, will expand the platform.

In a recent study, PwC reported that HR leaders cite data analytics/HR insights, recruiting/hiring and cloud transformation/modernization of HR systems as their top three challenges. An abundance of data gathered from the survey points to laborious and often incomplete reporting by overworked recruiting teams – something Crosschq and TalentWall aim to address.

“We’ve always been impressed by TalentWall and its leadership team and believe there’s no better complement to our Talent Intelligence Cloud than TalentWall’s platform,” said Michael Fitzsimmons, Crosschq’s CEO.

This acquisition continues a year of growth for Crosschq that included a $30 million Series A round. With the TalentWall acquisition, the conjoined companies will have more than 80 employees, supporting some 450 customers and over 9,000 active corporate users.

“We have a shared mission with Crosschq to define and create the next generation of tools for talent and people teams,” said Jacob Paul, co-founder and CEO of TalentWall.

TalentWall discerns the rough spots within the hiring lifecycle and provides visual pipeline management and collaboration tools. The company’s also enabled hiring teams in expanding businesses to improve reporting while assisting them in making hiring decisions based on data.

In April, Crosschq launched Crosschq Assist, a product designed to support laid-off employees in a way that supports brand loyalty. The product offers tools to help erstwhile employees find their next job, and gives recruiters from more than 1,500 companies immediate access to a talent pool of candidates who are new to the job market and actively looking for a new role.
