Hiring software company Greenhouse released new capabilities that give recruiters and hiring teams a structured way to set, track and measure their work against hiring goals. Greenhouse Goals helps talent acquisition teams set goals at an individual or company-wide level, offering greater transparency into their performance and visibility into areas of improvement.
Over half of candidates – around 58% – expect to hear back about their initial application from companies in one week or less , according to the Greenhouse Candidate Experience Report. So, companies need to consistently look for new ways to improve the hiring process. “TA teams are juggling multiple deadlines while also building strategic hiring processes every single day,” said Greenhouse Vice President of Product and Design Henry Tsai. To help address that dynamic, Greenhouse Goals is meant to help hiring teams strike a balance between identifying priority actions, setting clear expectations and offering guidance on how to improve, he said.

Specifically, Greenhouse Goals helps TA teams:
