Recruiting technology vendors have prioritized flexibility and end-to-end talent acquisition experiences, at least if product launches at HR Tech are any indication.
Among others, iCIMS launched a TA platform that includes three product suites that can be integrated with other ATS and HR systems. Jobvite’s offering uses smart automation to connect recruiting data, processes and interactions across the “candidate journey,” while iCIMS’ suites, which can operate as standalone products, provide customers with greater flexibility. The iCIMS suites include:
- Recruitment Marketing Suite, which is designed to promote an employer’s brand and help build candidate pipelines. The front-end candidate experience is driven by iCIMS Attract and paired with iCIMS Nurture, the company’s new candidate relationship management solution.
- Advanced Communications Suite includes iCIMS TextRecruit and its automated recruiter interface, or ARI. The suite enables more flexible candidate communications by applying AI features to channels such as text and live chat.
- Hiring Suite is built to improve efficiency through automation and integration. It incudes iCIMS Recruit for applicant tracking, iCIMS Offer for offer management and iCIMS Preboard to handle employee preboarding.
The new portfolio “enables employers to partner with iCIMS in various capacities so they can attract, select and hire the best talent for their organizations, faster,” said iCIMS founder and Chairman Colin Day.
Jobvite Puts Acquisitions to Work
Building on its acquisitions of, and integrations with, Talemetry, RolePoint and Canvas, Jobvite is using automation to connect recruiting data, processes and interactions throughout the recruiting process.
The company now offers two “comprehensive solutions.” The first is an end-to-end suite that includes Jobvite’s ATS and Talemetry’s recruitment marketing platform. The other leverages Talemetry to augment existing ATS or HR systems.
As for RolePoint and Canvas, their capabilities are now integrated as modules in both Jobvite and Talemetry, though they can also be purchased as standalones.
Jobvite also has a new analytics dashboard. Its end-to-end recruiting data is designed to help recruiters make more informed decisions.
