Indeavor, which provides people operations and workforce management solutions, launched Labor Demand Planning, a software package that’s meant enable enterprises with a 24-hour, shift-driven workforce to integrate their ERP and workforce management systems.

The company said LDP is the first solution of its kind to address exceptionally complex labor and demand planning situations at scale. By reducing the time planners spend in the system and using automation to eliminate the need for manual demands, the software aligns an organization’s ERP systems, minimizing errors and helping sync up labor resources with scheduled production.

LDP’s integration with ERP systems allows for the direct sharing of raw data, which in turn allows Indeavor to translate information into the correct labor requirements.

LDP + ERP =…

“This is a solution that has been researched and built over years of first-hand experience and partnership with our customer base and allows these same organizations to seamlessly address complex labor and demand planning situations at scale,” said CEO Brandon Schwarz. “By integrating workforce management with ERP systems, we can significantly reduce the need for manual labor planning [and] improve productivity…”

The Labor Demand Planning software is part of Indeavor’s suite of workforce management software solutions, designed to help organizations streamline operations and optimize their workforce.

Indeavor’s People Operations platform helps large organizations in the manufacturing, energy production, government, consumer packaged goods, and other industries with employee scheduling and absence management solutions through automation.

According to the website SaaS Database, Indeavor, founded in 1996, had revenue of $7.1 million in 2022.

Another key benefit of our labor demand planning is our ability to integrate with ERPs. The ability for ERP systems to send raw data directly to Indeavor, and for Indeavor’s functionality to translate that information into the correct labor requirements significantly improves the end-to-end operational experience.
