LiveHire launched the global Thrive Partner Network, which brings together technologies and service providers to deliver complete solutions in talent acquisition and direct sourcing.
The company said the partner network will drive stronger collaboration and partnerships between organizations in order to deliver better experiences for both candidates and hiring professionals. It’s meant to support employers who want to implement and maintain end-to-end workforce solutions, the company said.

Support For Recruiters
The Thrive Partner Network brings in three types of partners to help customers: technology partners, transformation partners and RPOs/MSPs/Curation partners.
- Technology partners consult to provide customers with products that help optimize the recruitment process and solve HR and business needs, LiveHire said. This includes integrations and providers for technical and cultural assessments, background and reference checks, sourcing, talent marketplaces, HRIS and VMS products, video interviews and onboarding.
- Transformation partners support clients during transformational projects, implementing direct sourcing technologies to reach company goals and providing solutions to optimize workforce strategy, improved processes and ongoing development.
- RPOs/MSPs/Curation partners help leverage a customer’s employer brand for private talent pools or building public pools with dedicated talent curation services.
Recently, LiveHire implemented an integration with CrintellTech that helps save time by automating the sourcing process. The integration allows users to use two Chrome extensions to source and export candidates directly into LiveHire from job boards when they match with job descriptions.
