It’s no secret that finding and hiring qualified candidates has been a challenge recently. Because of that, employers have had to adapt their hiring experience to meet increasing candidate expectations about how and when they want to be engaged, and for what. That, Oracle says, requires organizations to prioritize personalizing their approach to talent acquisition.

“Candidates seeking new opportunities want a simple, easy-to-use and engaging recruiting process that meets them where they are and doesn’t drag out,” said Oracle Senior Vice President of Product Development Nagaraj Nadendla.

Recruiting Capabilities

Recruiting Booster brings a number of new capabilities to Oracle Recruiting users. The company believes it will provide recruiters with more ways to engage job seekers and enhance their talent acquisition process.

Recruiting Booster can help recruiters:

  • Send and receive SMS and email-based communications with candidates directly through Oracle Recruiting
  • View all candidate and interview information in one centralized location, including interview schedules, feedback and availability preferences.
  • Create and promote open roles and recruiting events. Use Oracle Recruiting’s candidate relationship management tools to market events to specific groups
  • Conduct candidate surveys to help recruiters better understand overall sentiment, while also enabling candidates to sign up for and check into recruiting events, receive job recommendations based on preferences and qualifications, complete job applications, answer pre-screening questions and schedule interviews

Oracle says Recruiting Booster is intended to be used with Oracle Recruiting and operates as an embedded part of Oracle Recruiting and Cloud HCM.
