PandoLogic Partners with VONQ to Offer Simpler Job Posting

Sourcing

PandoLogic, a subsidiary of enterprise software business Veritone and provider of AI hiring solutions, unveiled a new strategic partnership with VONQ, a job marketing solutions provider. The companies said the agreement will bring PandoLogic’s AI-enabled job advertising technology to the VONQ HAPI (Hiring API) Job Marketing suite of solutions.

The suite “powers” a recruitment marketing platform on applicant tracking systems, offering “simple and automated” job distribution for high volume job posting needs. Because the partnership will allow VONQ customers to use PandoLogic’s solutions, the companies hope they’ll be able to reach qualified candidates faster and more efficiently.

The integration also includes access to the company’s job-level programmatic offerings, which provide increased visibility throughout the recruiting process and can help optimize job distribution. The companies said they’re aiming to meet the needs of employers while increasing their reach so they can get job postings in front of more candidates.

Trying Times

With the possibility of an economic downturn still looming over the economy, the jobs of recruiters and hiring teams are becoming more complicated, as companies weigh costs and business goals.

“With recruiters looking for more automation and better outcomes at lower costs, the integration of PandoLogic and VONQ brings programmatic capabilities to the talent acquisition community at a larger scale, directly supporting hiring efforts at this critical time,” said PandoLogic CEO Terry Baker.

In October of last year, the company announced the availability of pandoSELECT, which helps users attract, engage and manage candidates. The product featured a combination of the company’s programmatic job advertising solution with a candidate management dashboard and conversational AI chatbot. PandoLogic said, the offering is a “one-stop shop for recruiting with built in automation.”

On top of that, the company promised to provide better engagement for candidates without any additional work for hiring teams, according to Baker.
