Recruitology To Power Job Search for BH Media Group Sites

BH Media Group will launch a white-label version of Recruitology’s digital recruitment tools on all of its online properties.

Recruitology’s tools offer employers the ability to post and promote jobs on multiple job sites from one place. It also helps job seekers find local jobs and then send their resumes directly to the posting business.

BH Media Group, which is headquartered in Omaha, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway. The company owns 30 daily newspapers, weekly newspapers and a television station in 10 states. John Jordan, the company’s vice president for digital, said BH Media was attracted to Recruitology’s “innovation and leadership in the recruitment arena.”

Recruitology uses proprietary AI technology to match businesses with qualified candidates for the lowest possible cost. As its technology learns where job listings perform best in terms of candidate quality, it automatically redirects budgets to the most appropriate channels.

In addition to BH Media, Recruitology’s media partner list includes McClatchy, Tribune Publishing, Gatehouse Media, the Los Angeles Times and Hearst. Its products are offered through web sites such as the Miami Herald, Denver Post, Omaha World-Herald, Baltimore Sun, Orlando Sentinel and Seattle Times. Its network also includes niche job boards and destination sites that span categories from entry-level to healthcare, diversity, engineering and technology.

Besides job postings, Recruitology offers features that bring ATS functionality to small and mid-size businesses. The feature allows employers to identify candidates who meet their criteria and add them to a talent pool for use with current or future job postings.

The idea behind the feature was to give Recruitology’s media partners the ability to offer an end-to-end recruitment solution that reaches a wide range of candidates, includes them as part of a talent pool and manages them through a simple hiring process.
