Roundup: Addison Buys Implementation Firm; HRSoft Launches Performance Package

Addison Group acquired ArcLight Consulting, a provider of HCM cloud implementation services. The acquisition takes advantage of Addison’s expertise across the full suite of Oracle Cloud products and software specializing in HCM integrations, change management and support ERP. The deal is part of its strategy to expand its national footprint through organic growth and acquisition.

HRSoft launched PERFORMview, a new performance management software package. The system offers a variety of processes that help to simplify performance management within organizations, enabling managers to provide more timely feedback. The software leverages HRSoft’s low-code platform to provide a modern user interface, pre-defined and modifiable analytics templates and online tools such as tagging, following and publishing.

ADP said its workforce management client base has passed the 100,000 mark. The company recently released ADP Timekeeping Plus Scheduling, a new product for businesses with fewer than 50 employees that use the company’s RUN as their payroll software.  

Topia’s Topia One platform and suite of products launched on the SAP Store, a marketplace for SAP and partner offerings. The platform integrates with SuccessFactors to boost enhanced efficiency, compliance, insights and security.

Learning platform WorkRamp announced a partnership with BambooHR. WorkRamp customers can leverage employee data from BambooHR to help automate and streamline onboarding and training and development programs.

Bullhorn said it acquired Sirenum, a provider of shift scheduling and workforce management solutions for enterprise staffing companies on Salesforce. The company said the deal was “a major investment to help Bullhorn for Salesforce enterprise customers, especially those in Europe, grow and scale their businesses in the new world of work.”

CareerBuilder named Susan Arthur to be its CEO. Predecessor Irina Novoselsky will continue to work with the company as an advisor. Previously, Arthur was COO at OptumInsight. She’s also held leadership roles at NTT Data, DXC Technology, Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Electronic Data Systems.
