Roundup: Betterworks Links With Teams; Dice, IDG Launch Virtual Events

Betterworks announced an integration with Microsoft Teams. The company said the integration makes sense because “communication is key to achieving team alignment and enterprise success,” according to Betterworks CEO Doug Dennerline.

DHI Group and IDG Communications launched a series of virtual technology recruitment events. The partnership will unite IDG’s content and brands—such as the publications CIO, Computerworld, CSO, InfoWorld and Network World—and the virtual events capabilities of DHI’s technology job board, Dice.

ADP Retirement Services unveiled a Simplified 5500 Compliance Reporting Process, the second phase of its enhanced compliance dashboard. New features include pre-populating plan data and company information, as well as delivering a guided, online filing experience.

Background-screening firm TazWorks, announced an integration with talent management platform ClearCompany. The link will allow TazWorks consumer reporting agencies to offer clients full-service pre-employment screening. 

Checkster announced New Hire Insights, a tool to help employers determine if new hires will be a good fit for their organization. The products is designed to uncover predictors of turnover and give employers access to information that can help retain new employees.  

Apex HCM added a compliance training module. Called Learn, the feature stems from the company’s partnership with ThinkHR and Mammoth. Learn can be customized to an employer’s industry and compliance requirements.

Employee communication provider Staffbase launched Journeys, a tool to help employers create personalized experiences within its core platform. Using a no-code approach, the product allows communications teams to organize and schedule content for presentation along customized paths.

Startup HelioScout launched a candidate analytics platform that provides insights about candidate talent, availability and diversity information quickly into the hands of recruiters. The platform retrieves candidate information from public sources, analyzes it and displays the results using data visualization.  

Siemens unit Enlighted added Safe, a package that facilitates workplace contact tracing. The tools provide digital contact history for employees who self-report testing positive for COVID-19, and doesn’t require the storage of personal information.

Job advertising platform JobAdX extended its programmatic advertising services into the Canadian market. “Our experience and findings over the last two years with U.S. jobs and audiences have helped us polish our product to deliver a job-advertising experience that is a lot more simple and goal-oriented,” said CEO Amit Chauhan.  

CornerStone OnDemand CFO Brian Swartz will leave the company effective on August 14 to pursue another opportunity. While the firms searches for a successor, the CFO’s role will be filled by Chief Accounting Officer Trish Coughlin.
