Globalization Partners received a $200 million investment from Vista Credit Partners, a strategic credit and financing firm focused on the enterprise software, data and technology markets. The investment values Globalization Partners at $4.2 billion. The company will use the investment to expand its share of the $176 billion global remote employment market.  

Sequoia released Dataforest by Sequoia, an online resource for total rewards and people policy benchmarking. It’s designed to help HR leaders measure their programs and practices against industry trends. Dataforest provides a comprehensive set of timely employee experience data through visual and interactive experiences, making it easier to discover and understand insights.

Crosschq launched Crosschq Recruit, a recruiting platform built to help companies source talent directly from the professional networks of job applicants. The product allows talent leaders to build talent pools of candidates from individuals who served as a Crosschq 360 reference. Users are invited to opt-in to be considered for new job opportunities across the Crosschq customer base.  

Docebo has acquired Skillslive, an educational consulting agency located in Melbourne, Australia. The acquisition will contribute to the expansion of Docebo’s Australian footprint and accelerate time-to-market by adding specialized talent and infrastructure in APAC. Expansion into Australia represents the company’s next step in a larger strategy to better serve customers and accelerate its performance in the APAC region.

ADP integrated multi-country payroll functionality into ADP Workforce Now. The new offering supports U.S. and Canadian- headquartered businesses that are managing payroll in multiple countries with an integrated system of record. ADP said organizations using the feature can manage information on employees residing in more than 50 countries.

Unicorn HRO released a newly designed human capital analytics dashboard solution for iCON Manager Services, the company’s cloud-based HR management solution. The solution offers interactive dashboards to monitor, measure and analyze key HR, benefits and payroll information faster and more efficiently.

The executive search firm MeeDerby selected HiringSolved to help support its diversity hiring initiatives. HiringSolved helps the firm search for qualified candidates and build diverse candidate pipelines.

Bambee launched Guided Payroll, a payroll product with built-in HR guidance. Guided Payroll is free for companies and startups with less than 20 employees. For more mature small companies, the product is discounted to $4 per employee, with no monthly fee.
