isolved People Cloud now features an Adaptive Employee Experience, an interface meant to help ensure an accessible employee experience through its connected HCM platform. The system includes accessible design (W3C WCAG 2.0 at AA conformance level) that is Section 508-accepted and meets Americans with Disabilities Act standards.

Technical interview platform Filtered said former Jobvite chief Dan Finnigan will become the company’s CEO, and announced $10 million in financing in a round led by AI Fund, Silicon Valley Data Capital and TDF Ventures. Founded in 2018, Filtered aims to replace a candidate’s first online application and phone screen as well as initial skills, coding and culture interviews, effectively streamlining the entire interview process.

EduThrill, provider of assessment and learning solutions, partnered with Zoho Recruit, a cloud-based ATS. EduThrill’s solutions have been integrated with Zoho Recruit, enabling corporate customers to assess and shortlist matching candidates. Key features include on-the-fly customizable assessments, job-relevant coding questions and in-depth SWOT and comparative analysis.

Hireology, a talent management platform focused on the automotive industry, formed a partnership alliance with JM&A Group, which provides finance and insurance products to automobile dealers. The two organizations said they’ll help dealers hire talent more quickly and ensure employees’ growth and development. JM&A’s automotive talent services division is a consulting firm for all things post-hire in the automotive industry.

Findem secured $30 million in Series B financing. Four Rivers and Quarry Capital Management led the round, which brought the company’s total funding to $37.3 million. Findem uses AI and contextual logic to highlight a candidate’s relevance for a given position.

Remote talent marketplace platform Instant Teams raised $13 million in Series A funding in a round led by Tiger Global. The company said enterprise organizations and high-growth technology companies work with it for rapid access to pipelines of remote, skilled talent in customer support, sales, data analytics and operational support.

PTO Exchange, a benefits platform that allows employees to self-direct their unused paid time off for other needs, secured $5.4 million in Seed II funding. The round was led by TTV Capital, and brings the company’s total funding to $9 million. PTO Exchange said the investment will be used to fund growth.

Cappfinity unveiled a partnership with the neurodiversity consultancy Lexxic to help businesses create cultures that enable neurodivergent talent to succeed. As part of the agreement, Lexxic audited Cappfinity’s product portfolio to enable it offer organizations a lifecycle solution that will support neurodivergent individuals throughout their employment journey.

Creative staffing agency Aquent acquired Workgroups DaVinci, a workflow and project management solutions firm. Workgroups DaVinci will join Aquent’s RoboHead, a project management solution for in-house marketing and creative work the firm’s SaaS division.
