Roundup: Pymetrics Opens API; Eightfold Partners With Greenhouse

Pymetrics has made available API features to allow more organizations to access its predictive hiring data. The API capabilities enables customers to maintain their existing systems of record and workflows while gaining the insights provided by Pymetrics’ Talent Matching Platform.  The technology can now integrate directly into applicant tracking systems, HCMs, LMS systems and other platforms.

Eightfold AI announced an integration partnership with Greenhouse, as well as the availability of the Eightfold Talent Intelligence Suite for all Greenhouse customers. The Talent Intelligence Suite helps employers develop a competitive edge in hiring and managing a contingent and full-time workforce.

DailyPay joined Delaget’s Easy Street Marketplace as a partner. The on-demand pay platform will help Delaget with its business within the quick service restaurant sector, and maintain operations. The partnership provides DailyPay with single API access, opening up opportunities with over 100,000 QSR locations across multiple brands.

Service delivery platform Neocase announced a strategic partnership through which it will integrate its business process management module into Talentsoft. The connection will allow Talentsoft to streamline and automate certain moments throughout the employee lifecycle, from pre/on-boarding, transitioning and off-boarding, the company said. Talentsoft users will also be able to access Neocase’s pre-built workflows.

Ganaz, a workforce management and financial services platform for agriculture and food manufacturing, raised $7 million in Series A financing in a round led by Trilogy Equity. The investment will help the company expand its platform to reach farm workers, growers and food processors across North America.

Filtered, a hiring platform for engineering and technology professionals, raised $7 million in seed funding from the AI Fund and Silicon Valley Data Capital, reports TechCrunch. The platform provides skills-based interviewing, testing and assessments, and uses AI to help detect fraud.

Blackhawk Network’s Hawk Select solution is now available in the SAP Store. The product is an employee recognition gift card “mall” that integrates with SuccessFactors Compensation. Hawk Select is currently available to U.S. customers. Blackhawk plans to expand it to the United Kingdom, Australia and Germany.
