Roundup: Talogy Launches Feedback Solutions; Payscale Acquires Agora

Talogy launched a suite of 360-degree feedback solutions. The company combined its existing 360 tools to create a customizable suite that draws from its competency library and the latest technology. The goal of these solutions is to increase retention by providing employees with opportunities for learning and development.

Payscale acquired Agora Solutions, a provider of interactive offer communications, total rewards, employee pay portals and people analytics solutions that help companies with pay transparency. Agora’s software creates candidate and employee total rewards communications, which will enhance Payscale’s existing capabilities to “demystify” pay for organizations, employees and candidates.

CentralSquare Technologies introduced a technology partnership with UKG. Through the collaboration, the technology of both companies will be integrated to provide government agencies with a solution that combines administrative management of financial and HR activities. As a result, the companies hope to help employees get more done by reducing the disruption of switching between applications.

HR solution provider CoAdvantage Corporation acquired MomentumHR, a Georgia-based company that provides outsourced HR services. The merger was undertaken in the hopes of accelerating CoAdvantage’s overall growth. It comes on the heels of another CoAdvantage acquisition, of Alabama-based SourcePointe.

The global employee-monitoring software market size is expected to reach $2.10 billion by 2030, growing at a CAGR of 7.2%, according to Spherical Insights & Consulting.

HireRight said its board of directors authorized a two-year $100 million share repurchase program.

SilkRoad Technology announced that Brendan Mullins will join the company as chief revenue officer. Mullins brings 20 years of experience building revenue teams to the role.

The interview company Karat announced the hiring of Crystal Moore as its new vice president of Brilliant Black Minds, a program dedicated to doubling the number of Black engineers over the next 10 years. Moore was previously vice president of partnerships at Strategic Education.
