Visier announced a strategic alliance with Deloitte, which will allow the two firms to provide enterprise organizations with guidance and professional services support around people analytics. Through the partnership alliance, Deloitte will become Visier’s largest global implementation partner. The companies said customers will be able to take advantage of resources to go from the earliest phases of adoption and implementation to a comprehensive and mature people analytics function.
Talent management platform ClearCompany introduced a new partnership with UKG. Users of ClearCompany and UKG can benefit from a hands-free integration between the two software solutions. With the integration, HR teams that use ClearCompany and UKG can minimize errors and save time by avoiding double-data entry in the two systems. When a candidate’s status is changed to “hired” in ClearCompany, a new employee record is automatically created in UKG Pro. ClearCompany clients can request a customized integration if they need custom data fields or other unique functionality.

Advise analyzes “billions” of data points each day to spotlight the hiring practices of 500,000 companies, the performance of more than 20,000 talent acquisition advertisers and the work profiles of 94% of working Americans.
Tapcheck, an employee financial wellness and earned wage access platform, announced a $20 million Series A financial round led by PeakSpan Capital. The company will use the funding to further its mission to improve business performance by helping employees with their financial wellness.
Background check provider Accurate Background announced an enhanced integration with iCIMS, launching Prime integrations for a better screening experience. Accurate provides a seamless background check experience for iCIMS’ clients and candidates alike. Leveraging iCIMS’ Prime integration, recruiters can initiate background checks, track status and view results in real-time without needing to toggle between systems.
BerniePortal announced the addition of payroll to its all-in-one HRIS. With the payroll feature, BerniePortal can execute all aspects of the payroll process including calculating tax withholdings, paying employees via direct deposit and populating and processing W-2s.

TaskHuman raised $20 million in Series B funding. The latest funding brings TaskHuman’s total raised to-date to $35 million, and will be used to strengthen product development, marketing, and sales efforts.
Workvivo, an employee experience app designed to emotionally connect and engage employees everywhere, announced $22 million in new funding led by Tiger Global, which more than triples the value of the employee communications company.
