SilkRoad’s New Features Aim to Make Employers ‘Resilient’

SilkRoad Technology updated its core solutions with features designed to help employers become more resilient while maintaining their employee experience.

The new features in SilkRoad’s recruiting, onboarding, learning and performance modules include automation for compliance and regulatory standards, mobile-only tasks and updated I-9 forms for virtual onboarding, and a modernized UI.

Customers will also be able to deploy workflows that can be customized to employee and operational needs during the COVID-19 pandemic, or any other business disruption that may occur.

SilkRoad said the dynamic workflows provide will help companies quickly address immediate needs by offering the flexibility to add tasks, components or experiences as strategy shifts over time. That approach allows them to apply lessons learned from current disruptions to reduce the extent of disruption in the future.

The updated features are available to current SilkRoad Technology clients.

In March, SilkRoad promoted Lilith Christiansen to senior vice president, chief strategy and product officer. Christiansen’s mandate is to keep the company’s growth and product plans aligned with its overall goal of “enabling people to thrive within a changing workplace.”

SilkRoad’s offerings include strategic HR and business consulting, along with technology solutions tailored to an organization’s requirements. The company focuses on driving engagement and generating measurable outcomes in recruiting, onboarding, learning and performance management.
