UKG Integrations with WorkJam, BrightPlan Boost Workforce Management, Data Transfer

Jigsaw Integration

UKG established two partnerships to expand its capabilities in frontline worker management and financial wellness.

The platform has joined with WorkJam to offer tools to manage hourly workforces, engage employees and optimize their human capital strategies. Meanwhile, an integration with BrightPlan will streamline the transfer of employee data from UKG into the BrightPlan platform.

The goal of UKG’s partnership with WorkJam is to simplify frontline workforce management for large and mid-sized organizations while increasing efficiency, employee engagement and operational execution, WorkJam said.

“This integration enables organizations to forge stronger connections with their frontline staff, drive targeted communications and simplify task management to increase productivity and efficiency,” explained WorkJam CEO Steven Kramer.

‘Frontline Workforce Orchestration’

Specifically, the WorkJam-UKG integration will help retail, hospitality, manufacturing, healthcare and logistics enterprises:

  • Increase workforce efficiency by helping optimize labor allocation and scheduling accuracy, which will reduce overstaffing and understaffing while improving resource utilization.
  • Allow hourly employees to manage their schedules, collaborate with one another, access training resources and manage tasks more easily.
  • Strengthen compliance and risk mitigation by making it easier to quickly adapt to changing regulations.
  • Support effective learning and communication by ensuring a “noiseless” and personalized environment where each employee has access to relevant communications, knowledge assets and curriculums.

In addition, the integration provides customers with data and analytic to aid in their decision-making regarding operations and human capital strategies.

Benefits Decision Support

The BrightPlan integration will provide UKG customers with a benefits decision support tool that helps them compile an appropriate mix of offerings and provide personalized support through BrightPlan’s certified financial planners.

In a statement provided by BrightPlan, Holger Mueller, vice president and principal analyst at Constellation Research, said the companies’ partnership will both streamline HR processes and allow organizations to adapt quickly to evolving workforce needs.

In August, ZipRecruiter and UKG partnered to provide UKG customers with access to ZipRecruiter’s marketplace and application process solution, speeding time-to-hire and improving the quality of candidates in the pipeline.
