Velocity Global updated its Velocity Global Work Platform with an eye toward helping its customers accelerate their hiring process and “more strategically” meet escalating hiring demands. The company said the updates will further its mission to make it easier for employers of all sizes and at any stage of growth to compliantly hire, pay and manage talent “with the click of a button.”
Among the platform enhancements are a more intuitive design, as well as navigation for a better user experience. Along with that, the update includes improved visibility into the workforce, which Velocity Global hopes will help organizations reduce the time needed to hire and onboard employees.
With the updates, the company said, customers can “now leverage in-app onboarding forms, automated contract review and approvals and secure contract signatures for a better contract management experience.”
Partnering and Integrations
In addition to the expansion, Velocity Global also announced an integration with Lever, which will help HR managers hire globally and provide them with more insight into the employee lifecycle.
Partnering with Lever, the company said, will provide customers with the ability to scale a better hire-to-onboard experience through a range of products. Specifically. HR leaders will have access to:
- Better visibility with a 360-degree view of the employee lifecycle from recruitment to compliance and HR
- Better analytics through a myriad of analytical staffing reports, including diversity recruitment and time to hire
- Increased efficiency by requiring less copying and pasting of data from Lever’s applicant tracking system into the Global Work Platform
- Reduced errors that result from manual data entry
This Velocity Global – Lever integration is one of many that the company has made since the start of 2023, including with Greenhouse and Namely, which the company believes will help customers to “expand their global operations with minimal administrative burden.”
