As part of Eightfold’s Talent Intelligence Platform, Talent Flex will provide users with the ability to:

Talent Upskilling

Earlier this year, Eightfold launched Eightfold Talent Upskilling. Building on the company’s Talent Intelligence Platform, Talent Upskilling helps organizations meet critical talent needs as well as develop their own network. In addition, it helps them understand talent gaps and provides a personalized development plan for every employee.

At the time, Eightfold said that businesses need the right talent with the right set of skills if they’re to compete effectively. As roles grow more complex and skills evolve more quickly, the company believes all companies have become reliant on the expertise they can build by upskilling their existing workers, Eightfold said.
