Paycor unveiled its COR Leadership Framework, a program created to aid HR and business leaders with best practices, technology, and tools. According to the company, this will help to transform frontline managers into effective and efficient leaders that develop winning teams.

Almost three in four employees want their employers to provide more transparency around salaries, job growth opportunities and more, according to a study by McLean & Company. The researchers concluded that organizations should determine which level of transparency is most suitable for them while responding to employee and external demands.

Glassdoor launched new search options that allow job seekers to filter company results by ratings like DEI scores or by overall ratings from demographic groups such as race and ethnicity. Glassdoor CEO Christian Sutherland-Wong said the new search functions “aim to make it easier for people to uncover companies that align with their unique values and experiences and can help them make even more informed decisions about where to work.”

Employ Inc., the parent company of JazzHR, Lever, Jobvite, and NXTThing RPO, announced a new strategic partnership with UKG. Through this collaboration, the platforms of the companies under Employ will be available through the UKG Marketplace.

Filtered, a skills-based hiring platform, expanded its job simulations to include cloud engineering challenges. With these, candidates can demonstrate their abilities in areas like DevOps and cloud engineering with technical challenges that incorporate Google Cloud, AWS Azure, and other Saas platforms.

The workflow management software company Unito, announced the completion of a $20 million funding led by CDPQ with participation from new investors Rainfall Ventures and Investissement Québec.

CloudPay, a global pay solutions company, has raised a new $50 million round of capital led by Runway Growth Capital and The Olayan Group.
