Greenhouse’s Services group will begin helping enterprise customers implement the recruiting platform’s solutions, with an eye toward making set-up quicker and more cost-effective.

The company said Greenhouse Services will be able to facilitate implementation, setup, workflows and benchmarking, and will help customers build, connect, integrate and optimize the hiring platform for their own needs.

The services are:

  • Build: Implementation consulting on Greenhouse configuration.
  • Connect: Uses HRIS Link to connect workflows across hiring platforms and HRIS systems.
  • Integrate: Offers guidance on how best to migrate systems and historical data. Greenhouse API experts will assist with systems integration and define requirements so customers can leverage appropriate technical resources.
  • Optimize: Solutions design optimizes the hiring process and measurement.

“We work with companies to help them turn hiring into a competitive advantage,” says Kristina Nieves, Vice President of Professional Services at Greenhouse. “We see first hand how pairing enterprise customers with Greenhouse Services helps drive confidence in turning their investment into value.

“As the experts in our own technology, we help customers build a secure integrated solution that ultimately elevates hiring to a strategic capability,” said Kristina Nieves, Greenhouse’s vice president of professional services.

In a blog post, Greenhouse said customers consider it to be an expert on hiring, and look to the company to provide best practices and support so they can make the best use of its products.

To that end, the company expanded Greenhouse Services’ solutions to include consulting and designing hiring solutions for enterprise customers, with the goal of helping them make the platform work in the most efficient way possible for each particular business.

Last week, Greenhouse and diversity software developer Circa announced an integration that will post jobs to Circa’s network of 15,500 community organizations and over 600 local employment sites. Circa provides OFCCP compliance management and recruiting technology solutions, and said it’s expanding its product and service lines through partnerships to meet increasing demand.

In January, Greenhouse received a $500 million investment from investment firms TPG Growth and the Rise Fund, giving the company an estimated value of about $820 million.
