iCIMS, Ceridian Announce Integration Partnership

Integrations

iCIMS has joined Ceridian’s Dayforce Software Partner Program and plans to build an integration between its talent acquisition platform and Ceridian’s HCM solution.

The connection will simplify the exchange of data between the two products, the company said, allowing information to be used throughout the candidate and employee lifecycle. It’s the latest of a series of integrations iCIMS has announced in recent months, including deals with OutMatch and LinkedIn in November.

iCIMS offers three suites of products to attract, engage and hire workers, while Ceridian’s products handle HR, payroll, benefits, workforce and talent management. Launched in October, the iCIMS suites can be operated as standalone products. They include Recruitment Marketing, Advanced Communications and Hiring.

iCIMS Executive Vice President Michael Wilczak said the partnership with Ceridian makes sense given the companies’ shared mid-market and global enterprise customers. “The partnership provides a more repeatable integration process to improve both their user experience and recruiting capabilities,” he said.

Recently, Ceridian reported Dayforce revenue of $569.7 million during 2019, up 30.2 percent year-over-year. The company ended the year with more than 4,300 live Dayforce customers and 3.9 million active users world-wide, an increase of 25.8 percent.

Ceridian launched several enhancements to its HCM package last year. In the fourth quarter, they included new analytics, a new earned-wages tool and a simplified approach to customizing Dayforce. The analytics feature, Dayforce Intelligence, provides companies with predictive analytics designed to identify key metrics for each HCM process. The company said the tool will allow customers to review current scores, track metrics over time and compare their results to those of their peers.

Separately, Ceridian said it plans to accelerate hire 400 people this year (100 of them interns), and add more than 2,000 new jobs over the next five years. The positions will be located across Canada, including offices in Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Winnipeg, Halifax and Calgary. They’ll include positions in engineering, R&D and consulting.
