PandoLogic announced a new solution, pandoDIVERSITY, at this week’s UNLEASH Conference in Las Vegas. Designed to help customers attract and recruit underrepresented candidates, pandoDIVERSITY is built specifically to support a company’s diversity recruitment goals.
This is no small thing. A study by Gartner revealed that a highly diverse workforce can improve team performance by up to 30%, PandLogic said. On a similar track, McKinsey & Co. found that the most diverse companies outperform their less-diverse peers by 36% in profitability. Those kinds of pressures, PandoLogic claims, have encouraged chief diversity officers and others responsible for DEI recruitment to pay more attention to technical tools and solutions.
Building on PandoLogic’s pandoIQ programmatic platform, pandoDIVERSITY provides access to a network of publishers that specialize in diverse and underrepresented candidates including women, minorities, individuals with disabilitie and veterans. In addition, the company said, its use of AI-based recruitment technology helps to automate and optimize hiring campaigns, enhance data transparency and remove bias from the recruitment funnel.
“We all know that a diverse workforce is vital to an organization’s success,” said PandoLogic CEO Terry Baker. “By dedicating a campaign exclusively targeting diversity publishers through our programmatic job advertising … we are able to deliver a more diverse slate of candidates for hiring managers.”
In addition, Baker said he expects the new platform to expand the reach and volume of DEI hiring campaigns in general while increasing their efficiency, so that talent acquisition leaders have more control over their recruitment plans.
It’s been a bit more than a month since PandoLogic launched a strategic partnership with VONQ, a job marketing solutions provider. The companies said the agreement would bring PandoLogic’s AI-enabled job advertising technology to the VONQ HAPI (Hiring API) Job Marketing suite of solutions.
