Phenom announced its acquisition of Endouble, an Amsterdam-based firm focused on candidate experience solutions.
The company said the deal expands its presence in EMEA and adds technical expertise while encouraging further adoption of its Talent Experience Management platform. Previously, Endouble operated as RGF Staffing, an HR service provider. As Endouble, the company said it’s focused on taking “a data-driven approach to candidate attraction and recruitment strategy.”
In a blog post, Phenom CEO Mahe Bayireddi said Endouble has developed a reputation for using data to optimize recruiting strategies and career sites. “Their team’s commitment to creating authentic experiences for job seekers, as well as the employers they partnered with, reflected ours at Phenom,” he said.

He also said Phenom would continue to explore merger and acquisitions globally.
The acquisition is Phenom’s second. In October, the company purchased My Ally, whose automation technology focuses on interview scheduling. At the time, Bayireddi said the deal demonstrated how Phenom, headquartered in Ambler, Pa., would execute on a growth strategy based on “constant innovation.” In other words, the company will buy solutions when it makes more sense than developing them in-house.
Endouble’s employees in sales, development, implementation, account management and customer success will join Phenom.
“With our second acquisition in three months, we’re growing our presence and talent across Europe,” said Bayireddi. “We’re excited to begin working with Endouble’s customers, as they’ve already demonstrated a commitment to candidate experience that resonates with us.”
