EdCast announced an integration with Zoom, which will embed learning and training tools to help drive productivity and upskilling within Zoom Meetings. The EdCast app for Zoom will help bring contextual content into Zoom, as well as content recommendations within the flow of work.  

AMS, formerly Alexander Mann Solutions, launched a high-volume recruitment process outsourcing solution to deliver large-scale hiring to clients across the U.S.  Components include  proprietary technology through Hourly by AMS, a mobile-first conversational recruiting solution; a dedicated team of recruiting resources providing the human touch needed to reach today’s workers; and engagement with AMS advisory experts who’ll help develop a high-volume hiring strategy for long-term workforce planning.

Job.com announced the acquisition of PrincetonOne, a talent solutions provider that emphasizes on recruitment process outsourcing and permanent recruitment services. Jobs.com said the  acquisition continues its strategic plan to develop revenue and reach by acquiring successful businesses and supporting intelligent growth with the application of its proprietary technology.  

High-volume talent acquisition platform Turn unveiled Ready, an autonomous hiring solution that combines the technology and services businesses needed to help businesses hire at scale. Ready autonomously locates, converts, screens and background checks workers, notably reducing time to fill.

Workday said the number of Workday Extend customers has doubled in the past year as more organizations use the Workday platform. The company’s partners – including Deloitte, Intecrowd, Kainos, and PwC – and customers have built more than 500 Workday Extend apps and extensions to address their business needs. Workday Extend allows customers and partners to build business capabilities for finance and HR more quickly.

Accurate Background acquired Vero Screening, the UK’s largest independent employment screening provider. The acquisition continues Accurate’s global expansion strategy, deepens its EMEA market presence and expands its portfolio of employment screening solutions. Vero will continue to operate under its own brand.

SurveyMonkey developed a tool to help HR leaders to quickly collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders and make data-driven decisions. The company’s HR toolkits combine the company’s survey expertise with AI capabilities to offer survey templates on a range of topics, including diversity, employee satisfaction, gender pay gap and workplace benefits.  

iCIMS launched iCIMS Insights+ and iCIMS Insights Advisor, subscription programs to provide a more detailed look at industry trends, real-time changes in the labor market and opportunities to connect with the greater talent community. The programs build on the success of the company’s iCIMS Insights, which provides a look into labor market activity and trends through research and monthly reports. The data is drawn from iCIMS’ proprietary database of employer and job seeker activity from more than 4,000 customers and hundreds of millions of data points across job openings.
