Jump Recruits released a new diversity recruitment talent hub. Building upon existing features, Jump now creates custom pipelines for individuals and businesses and, beyond identifying candidate and career opportunities, acts as a community with shared career development tools, assistance in developing a more inclusive workspace and understanding evolving business capabilities. The platform gives users the ability to create their own profile, identify current opportunities, notify businesses that they’re interested in the company as an employer and take advantage of training, support and career tools.

HiringSolved launched a new release targeting enterprise organizations. The company said it put “additional emphasis” on search and match features as well as data analytics and reporting to help employers source and hire the right talent more quickly.

Inclusivv developed a series of enhancements to its engagement platform. The company’s, new suite allows organizers and participants to stay connected, share stories and take action. Among the updated features are Stories, which captures intent of conversations by providing a window into the topic’s ideas, stories and learnings, and Guest Connections, which allows conversation participants to connect after an event ends, and Actions, which allows organizers to harness the energy that immediately follows a conversation and recommend specific next steps.

Indeed and Quandoo, an international restaurant reservation platform, announced a partnership that will provide restaurants with a £50 credit to post a sponsored job advertisement on Indeed’s platform. The partnership launched in the UK, Australia, Germany, Austria and Italy on October 1.

PDS announced several improvements to its Vista HCM platform. Vista Recruiting now offers additional controls to manage the applicant’s registration process and improve the recruiter’s analysis of recruitment activity. Vista Onboarding offers simplified personalization and better monitoring of the onboarding process. And Vista Benefits has been enhanced to include a new streamlined benefits enrollment experience.

eqtble announced its diversity talent intelligence platform, designed to help companies understand HR metrics. Working with Claro Analytics, eqtble provides real-time external talent market benchmarking and combines internal HR data with real-time external diversity benchmarking. eqtble said it’s now the world’s first unified platform to combine internal diversity data with external labor market data.

Having released its version 22, SmartSearch launched SmartSearch University, a one-stop-shop for clients to learn about the platform and help recruiters hire faster and better while supporting those in need.

TeamSense launched a new, no-app product that provides equal access to its absence reporting tool. With its eye on the small percentage of workers (less than 3%) without access to a smartphone or email, the company developed a voice-based absence reporting product that plugs directly into the TeamSense flagship system. The product is available as an add-on feature to all TeamSense’s pricing packages.

EmployBridge agreed to acquire Hire Dynamics, a provider of light industrial workforce solutions in the Southeastern United States that generates more than $450 million revenue each year.
