Roundup: SilkRoad’s Consulting Service, Lever Enhances TA Platform

SilkRoad Technology announced CHRO Essentials, a consulting program to help HR leaders define their organization’s vision and build a transformative talent strategy and roadmap to achieve it. CHRO Essentials also baselines current HR domains, compares those metrics to best practices and identifies work streams to help close gaps and deliver improved HR.

Lever unveiled a series of enhancements to its talent acquisition platform. The company’s Fall 2019 released a Zoom integration, an improved version of Lever Talent Intelligence and new integrations with third-party HRIS systems. The release also includes performance upgrades, UI updates and a new Inactivity Alerts, designed to help prevent recruiters from losing track of candidates.

HireVue added game-based assessments designed to measure job-related emotional intelligence. The assessments—called E-Motions, TeamChat, LeaderChat and Pulse—together measure empathy, influence and impulsivity. As a result, they provide hiring managers with insights into social abilities that are directly related to employability, job performance and leadership, the company said.

London-based Unit4 announced a global partnership with SmartRecruiters to extends its HCM portfolio by adding talent acquisition to its People Experience Suite. The partnership bundles SmartRecruiters’ solutions with Unit4’s ERP and HCM capabilities to provide source-to-hire and talent management capabilities for service-organizations.

Workgrid Software, a startup unit of Liberty Mutual Group, added an enterprise-grade natural language chatbot to its Digital Employee Experience Platform. The new tool functions as a centralized workplace chatbot that handles inquiries from across the enterprise and provides employees with more personalized and contextual answers to HR questions, finding information and performing tasks.

Dynamic Signal launched Mobile Publisher, a new feature that allows platform managers to create and distribute content directly from the company’s mobile app. Mobile Publisher Users upload video and images directly from their phone to Dynamic Signal, then edit and broadcast their content using Dynamic Signal’s targeting and security features.

Inkling launched Learning Pathways, which it calls a “modern learning platform” on which users can create content once, then reuse it for multiple purposes such as from quick reference and structured courses that result in certifications. The company said the platform allows organizations to pull certification and compliance-related content out of traditional LMS, thus making it accessible anytime, anywhere and in the flow of work on mobile devices.

BenefitMall and Ease, an HR and benefits software solution for SMBs, insurance brokers and insurance carriers, announced the integration of Ease and Agency Workspace, BenefitMall’s broker portal that offers tools for quoting and enrollment. The companies said the combination will provide brokers with a more streamlined benefits management experience.

HRchitect announced a strategic partnership with Kronos that will allow it to implement Workforce Dimensions. HRchitect will make its debut as a Kronos partner community at the KronosWorks customer conference in November.

Digital coaching platform SparkUs said Hewlett Packard Enterprise has deployed its solution to provide company-wide coaching to technical employees worldwide. HPE said with Sparkus, it was able to co-create “a customized career coaching program that engages employees, helps them explore their potential and plan their career.”
