Roundup: Namely Integrates With Slack; UKG Bullish on Revenue

Namely, an HR platform for mid-sized companies, announced an integration with Slack. Through the integration, administrators will be able to configure announcements to be pushed from Namely to Slack. Everyone in the organization will be able to post to the feed and see the post in the designated Slack channel.

UKG President Chris Todd told HRE the company believes it can double its revenue over the next five years “in the markets that we’re in today.” The platform provider, he said is “going to invest in specifically where we see the opportunities in the market, broadly speaking.” Todd took over UKG’s top job from Aron Ain in July.

PlanSource launched its Celadon Product Release, which aims to engage employees in a way that increases benefit understanding and consumption, and also streamlines processes for HR leaders and new integrations. As part of the release, PlanSource unveiled The Source, which makes company news, benefits and initiatives available around the clock. 

Canadian financial technology firm Wagepoint acquired KinHR and will rename it People by Wagepoint. People by Wagepoint will offer features such as an employee directory, time-off management, onboarding, document storage and e-signatures. It will also offer employee performance management tools such as employee objectives and reviews.

ActivTrak added Location Insights to its workforce analytics platform. The new feature is designed to help leaders use data to make decisions about remote, office and hybrid work by helping them understand the impact of location on employee productivity and work habits. Its insights are meant to help ensure balanced workloads and productivity across the workforce, define remote work policies and help assess office space requirements.

Employee-support platform Villyge struck a partnership with Collegewise, a college admissions and application counseling platform.
