Roundup: Skillsoft Extends SAP Solution; GR8 People Expands Options

Skillsoft will offer an SAP Solution Extension, allowing SAP to distribute an integrated solution that includes SuccessFactors Learning, Skillsoft’s content and the Percipio learning experience platform. The product, called SAP Content Stream by Skillsoft, will be available in October.

GR8 People introduced expanded configuration options to expand the functionality of employee referral program tools. The new features include support for multiple referrals of the same candidate, the assignment of employee referral “rights” over a candidate, the creation of referral grace periods and unique URLs for employees to use when sharing or posting jobs. GR8 People said the enhancements reflect demand from enterprise organizations for greater ERP flexibility.

TMP Worldwide added a CRM to its TalentBrew recruitment marketing platform. The TalentBrew CRM provides a central access point for recruitment, candidate management and communication efforts and feeds audience data and profiles to multiple systems.

Phenom People and SmartRecruiters announced an integration they say will help recruiters and hiring managers at companies with more than 10,000 employees to automate and manage their entire talent lifecycle and provide candidates with a “seamless” apply process. The integration will include candidate profile data exchange between platforms and faster hiring times with increased candidate screening on CRM and chatbot.

Deputy announced an integration with Revel Systems, a business management platform and provider of a cloud-based point of sale. The integration syncs sales data from the Revel POS with Deputy’s scheduling software to help managers schedule and employees based on sales volume and demand signals.

SmashFly launched an apply overlay solution to provide candidates with a more intuitive, employer brand-driven experience, and build efficiency into the application process. The overlay acts as a bridge between a company’s career site and ATS, reworking how the application looks and operates without requiring an API integration.

JazzHR released the JazzHR Marketplace, which is meant to help SMBs connect with the company’s more than 200 service and technology partners offering products and services such as pre-employment assessments, background checks, benefit consulting and PEOs. 

Recruiting automation software provider HiringSolved released the recruiting automation platform R6. Formerly called TalentFeed+, R6 is designed to streamline “complex and high-volume hiring,” the company said. R6 will be rolled out at this year’s HR Technology Conference.

PlanSource released Polaris, the latest version of the company’s software. Among the platform enhancements are integrated text messaging, updates to the employee shopping and enrollment experience, an interactive benefits counselor and new educational videos.

Benefitfocus unveiled announced MarketPlace Exchange 2.0, which connects MarketPlace Exchange and MarketPlace Enrollment. The company said the new feature will enhance communication with members, improves data access and analytics for organizations using disparate enrollment systems and offer additional voluntary and specialty benefits choices to complement existing offerings.

Cronofy, which provides business scheduling software will partner with Infor to integrate its the technology into Infor’s talent acquisition solution. As a result, Infor users will be able to take advantage of Cronofy’s real-time scheduling capabilities without leaving Infor’s platform.
