ServiceNow and Workplace from Facebook implemented new integrations that enhance the capabilities of ServiceNow Virtual Agent. The integrations allow companies to distribute content through Workplace, and to create new integrations based on their needs.

Eightfold.ai’s Talent Intelligence Platform launched into Oracle Cloud Marketplace and can now be integrated into Oracle Cloud’s infrastructure.

Modern Hire released Text-Based Assessments, a new feature that embeds the company’s technology into the hiring process to help predict turnover. The tool consists of a brief assessment integrated into the company’s On-Demand Text interaction stage.

TriNet released a new version of its mobile app that includes more flexible benefits management and improved account security. It also provides access to real-time information on paycheck history, benefits, time-off requests and flexible spending accounts.

iCIMS tripled its footprint overseas and expanded its capabilities in video interviews and digital assessments by acquiring EASYRECRUE, a Paris-based company with some 100 EMEA employees and 450 customers. iCIMS CEO Steve Lucas said the acquisition will “empower our customers to better identify, recruit, and invest in top talent.”

Recruiting platform OutMatch has acquired Checkster, which provides pre-hire and post-hire evaluations to employers around the world. OutMatch said it will integrate Checkster’s reference-checking and post-hire analysis functionality into its Talent Decision Platform.

Dice launched an instant messaging service, another feature aimed at facilitating communications between candidates and employers from within the job board’s platform.

Craig Fisher became CEO of technology job platform Knack.io. The founder TalentNet Media, he most recently led the RPO Allegis Global Solutions.

James Norwood joined iSolved as chief marketing and strategy officer. Norwood was most recently EVP strategy, chief of staff and CMO at Episerver, a digital experience platform provider.
